OK, so this isn’t a comment on Graduate Recruitment sites like Jonathan’s post before, but it is a graduate recruitment site, but just happens to be one for an agency close to home!

The digital marketing industry has a terrible record with graduate recuitment. Most agencies only ever hire people with minimum 2 years experience. Of course this means that there is a limited number of young professionals available for all. Everyone complains about the lack of talent but no-one does anything about it. Recruit more graduates and train them! It seems simple so why are so few agencies doing it.
